Senior C++ Engineer: Low-Latency, Prototyping & Diagnostics

Referment is partnering with a regulated European stock exchange operator to strengthen its RAD team. You will diagnose intermittent issues in high-volume order processing and build PoCs for new trading features, while developing performance tests that simulate real market stress.

You will mentor engineers, set MVP development and deployment standards, and craft internal tools and dashboards to aid operations and QA. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
