Overview
In this role you will join a strategic technology transformation programme within a leading international bank to design, develop and modernise enterprise-grade applications across front-office to back-office domains. You will collaborate with architects, analysts and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions in a regulated environment. You’ll work on RESTful APIs, microservices and cloud-enabled platforms, contributing to architecture and curating robust CI/CD practices. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a high-impact banking context.
Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET
- Build scalable, secure APIs and distributed services
- Translate requirements with stakeholders into technical solutions
- Contribute to solution architecture and code reviews
- Develop RESTful APIs and integration services
- Implement monitoring, logging and error handling
- Work with relational and non-relational databases
- Create automated unit/integration/regression tests
- Support CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Follow engineering, security and development standards
- Participate in Agile delivery
- Support application modernisation and cloud adoption
- Strong commercial C#/.NET development experience
