In this role you will contribute to scalable derivatives trading platforms within a world-leading commodities trading company. You will work on premier software development projects to enhance trading capabilities and system performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll influence how the firm analyzes and executes across global exchanges. This is a technically demanding position that offers impact in shaping the front-to-back trading lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Build and optimize scalable derivatives algorithmic trading platforms
- Enhance trading capabilities on premier software projects
- Contribute to the full exchange-traded derivatives trade lifecycle understanding
- Work on distributed, high-performance systems for financial markets
- 5+ years professional C++ software development experience in the financial industry
- Understanding of parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming to build distributed systems
- Thorough knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Strong technical skills in scripting, Python, PowerShell, C# and SQL
