In this role you will design and evolve backend services powering core banking products at Zopa. You’ll shape technical direction, own complex initiatives end-to-end, and collaborate across product-engineering tribes to deliver scalable, secure systems. You’ll balance immediate delivery with long-term sustainability while mentoring peers and lifting team capability. This is a senior, impact-focused opportunity to help scale essential banking capabilities in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.
