Senior C/AL AL Programmer Analyst

Design reliable ERP solutions with C/AL, AL, and SQL Server at Ben-Mor in a full-time, permanent hybrid position. Your analyses will guide system improvements.

Reporting to the IT Director, the Senior Programmer Analyst designs and executes analyses supporting system maintenance and evolution. You will develop applications, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and improve ERP systems through sound development practices. The work includes testing, troubleshooting, implementation planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Customize and enhance ERP systems using C/AL and AL
• Design database structures and efficient SQL Server queries
• Troubleshoot systems and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years programming and systems analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of C/AL and AL programming languages
• Strong SQL skills; T-SQL and SQL Server desirable
• ERP systems experience and Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central knowledge
• University degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
