Senior Capital Markets Systems Analyst

Lead capital markets transformation in Toronto as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, applying derivatives knowledge and governance expertise in a hybrid arrangement.

This senior contract supports global wholesale operations across Equity, Interest Rate, FX Derivatives, and Money Market products. You will drive operational change, risk management, and process improvements across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and support functions. The assignment runs six months, with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Derivatives and FX Services strategy through governance and controls
• Lead change initiatives from scoping through implementation
• Manage portfolios, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
• Deliver operational efficiency, effectiveness, and control improvements
• Coordinate readiness communications, training, processes, and transition planning

Requirements:

• Eight years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong Capital Markets product and infrastructure knowledge
• Knowledge of derivatives, FX, money markets, and lifecycle processes
• Ability to partner across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Risk
• Focus on controls, compliance, risk management, and data quality
