Senior Care Referral Director (Hybrid/Field)

Senior Helpers Burlington seeks a Sales Associate to grow referral partnerships with hospitals, retirement residences, physicians, and local senior networks. You will spend about 80% of your time in the community building trust and closing new client engagements.

The role is full-time Hybrid/Field-based with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong ownership support. A valid Ontario driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required to travel locally.
