This senior developer role requires hands-on experience with Catalyst-based business or occupational registry systems and related data models. You will apply Oracle databases, SQL queries, J2EE portals, WebSphere environments, and technical analysis to support registry solutions. The work also includes documentation, testing, integration, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide database schema, query, extract, report, and performance recommendations
  • Create architecture and technical application design documents
  • Develop and support Microsoft Databricks dashboards
  • Maintain automated testing using HP UFT and Selenium
  • Transfer technical knowledge to full-time project staff

Requirements:

  • Extensive Catalyst registry systems and data model experience
  • Extensive Oracle database and structured SQL experience
  • Hands-on J2EE, WebSphere, DataPower, and web services experience
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0, AODA, and IASR
  • Understanding of Ontario public-sector IT standards and GO-ITS
