About the Role

We are looking for a Quadient Developer to design, build, and maintain customer communication templates and document composition solutions across multiple output formats, supporting regulated document production for clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing client applications, including making amendments and updates as required.
• Work on new client projects, from design through to delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain document templates using Quadient Inspire.
• Work with different data types PDF, print-ready files, XML, AFP to drive dynamic, personalised document output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within tight SLA/turnaround windows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, Account managers, and production teams to translate requirements into working templates.
• Support testing, version control, and change management for template releases.
• Ensure output meets client branding, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Professional experience of document composition in Quadient Inspire Designer.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency working with different data types of data, PDF, print-ready files, and XML — for document composition.
• Good understanding of document composition logic (conditional content, pagination, data mapping).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience of configuring and developing for Quadient Interactive.
• Experience of configuring and developing for Quadient Scaler.
• Experience of configuring and developing for Quadient Evolve.
• Exposure to regulated/financial document production (statements, bills, correspondence).
