Senior Change Leader — Digital Transformation & Adoption

Morson Human Resources Limited is supporting a major transformation programme and is recruiting a Head of Change to lead business change, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and organisational readiness across a large-scale digital transformation.

The role is senior leadership, focusing on cloud-based services and modernised ways of working, with accountability for change outcomes, and for influencing senior stakeholders to secure alignment across government and industry throughout the lifecycle.
