Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and adopt cutting-edge technologies and strategic partnerships to grow competitiveness
  • Develop and implement robust methodologies, standards, and best practices for software design, development, and integration
  • Leverage domain expertise to influence technical decisions across projects
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and measurable value
  • Champion continuous innovation, thought leadership, and excellence in software systems design
  • Mentor senior technical teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Analyze data processing and system problems to develop scalable cloud solutions
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related quantitative field
  • Typically 7–10 years of experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Golang, or JavaScript
  • Understanding of microservice architecture in containerized, Kubernetes-managed environments
  • Experience designing/integrating software systems across multiple platform types
  • Experience evaluating testing methodologies, writing/debugging test plans and scripts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-management audiences
