Senior Cloud-Native Backend Engineer

IBM Software is seeking software engineers at various levels to grow our Traffic team, building and managing the networking fabric of Confluent Cloud. This role centers on cloud-native backend services that are secure, scalable, and highly available, with a strong emphasis on APIs and end-to-end ownership. You will design, implement, and operate backend systems, collaborate across cross-functional teams on architecture and data modeling, and contribute to reliability, monitoring, and automation.
