Senior Cloud Platform Engineer - AWS/Connect & Salesforce

Standard Life plc, a retirement specialist, is seeking a principal-level engineer to own and evolve the cloud customer contact platform across AWS, Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice. You will set standards, drive secure, scalable design, and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes that meet regulatory, security and cost requirements.

You will lead across product, architecture, security and operations to create reusable patterns, automate deployments and ensure enterprise-grade
