Senior Cloud Platform Engineer — Hybrid & Production Ops

Sword Group is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to take ownership of public and hybrid cloud services across customer environments. You will run production cloud services, focusing on service health, resilience and continual improvement rather than isolated tasks.

This hands-on senior role demands diagnosing complex incidents across cloud, network, security and app dependencies, restoring service under pressure and addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.
