Senior Cloud Systems Administrator

As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will maintain cloud, SaaS, hybrid, and MDM environments. You will support MetaMask employees, lead critical incident response, and advance infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer cloud infrastructure across multiple environments
• Manage Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian
• Lead critical incident response and root cause analysis
• Build automation that improves observability and reduces manual work
• Support onboarding, offboarding, hardware, and remote employees

Requirements:

• Five or more years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and MDM solutions
• Understanding of networking, identity management, and access control
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
