Senior Cloud Systems Engineer

In this role you will lead the design, delivery and support of Microsoft server and cloud infrastructure in a technically diverse environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to scope solutions, produce designs and plans, and drive successful project outcomes. The role blends hands-on engineering with project delivery and customer engagement, contributing to ongoing improvements in infrastructure and processes. This is a senior, impact-driven position with a focus on reliability and operational excellence.

• Lead the technical delivery of complex infrastructure projects
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft server and cloud solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements
• Produce high- and low-level designs, documentation and implementation plans
• Contribute to estimates, statements of work and change requests
• Configure and deploy infrastructure per designs
• Troubleshoot advanced issues and support live environments
• Manage service transition and knowledge transfer to support teams
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure, processes and procedures
• Own technical tasks from scoping to delivery

• 5+ years in a senior infrastructure/systems engineering role
• Microsoft technologies in complex enterprise environments
• Microsoft Server & Infrastructure expertise
• Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
• Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) / PKI
• Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and/or 2025
• Hyper-V (clustered and standalone)
