Senior Collections & Credit Risk Leader, Data-Driven

Rogers Bank in Calgary, AB is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive collections, credit risk, and portfolio performance using data-driven insights and automation. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance and Operations to deliver innovative solutions that improve recoveries, customer outcomes, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

This role requires 5+ years in collections or risk, strong stakeholder management, and experience transforming processes
