Senior Collections Representative

Managing Third-Party Accounts Receivable, the full-time Senior Collections Representative will analyze denied claims, make outbound calls to insurance carriers, and coordinate resolutions while working remotely during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities Analyze denied and un-responded claims to manage Third-Party Accounts Receivable Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and check claims status Process insurance/patient refunds and adjustments while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
