As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, you will drive commercial banking growth across complex, higher-volume accounts. You will manage portfolio performance, pursue high-value opportunities, and support profitability through disciplined credit and risk practices. The position also includes informal coaching for relationship managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex commercial accounts while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
• Monitor portfolio performance and mitigate credit risk
• Develop strategies for elevated sales targets and portfolio growth
• Prepare credit proposals using financial modeling and risk strategies
• Coach relationship managers and support team capability building

Requirements:

• Six-plus years of commercial lending experience
• Proven success managing complex commercial portfolios
• Advanced credit structuring and risk analysis knowledge
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
