Senior Commercial Mortgage Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan documents and enter parameters into servicing systems
• Process renewals, extensions, amendments, assumptions, and advances
• Reconcile trust accounts and process investor remittances
• Analyze reserves, covenants, reporting requirements, and risk indicators
• Improve procedures, automation, and analyst training

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Minimum three years commercial mortgage servicing or administration experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• AI tools, Python, or VBA experience considered an asset
