Senior Compensation Analyst - Canada & Workday Lead

Wolseley Canada is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst – Canada to serve as the primary compensation expert for the Canadian business.

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this senior individual contributor role oversees compensation programs nationally, including base pay, incentive programs, salary structures, job evaluation, market benchmarking, annual compensation planning, pay equity and compensation analytics.
