Senior Construction Solicitor - remote working

Senior Construction Solicitor sought for a leading UK law firm with remote work options. You will support both transactional work on industry standard form contracts and a busy construction disputes practice. The role involves advising on JCT, NEC, and other contract forms, as well as adjudication, litigation, arbitration and ADR. You will work with a client base primarily around London, the M25 corridor, the East of England and the South East. This is a chance to shape high-profile construction matters within a collaborative team that values diversity and inclusion.

• Advise on construction contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.) and bespoke forms
• Handle adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and ADR in construction disputes
• Contribute to both transactional and disputes work for a diverse client base
• Draft and review bespoke contract forms and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major construction matters
• Support business development and maintain client relationships

• 6-8+ years PQE in construction law within a strong regional, national or City firm
• Experience in disputes and/or ADR related to construction
• Knowledge of standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.) and related dispute resolution methods
