Senior Construction Solicitor - remote working

In this role you will contribute to a leading construction practice with a focus on contentious work and contract advisory. You will work with a cross-functional team on major transactions and a busy disputes practice spanning litigation, arbitration and ADR. The position offers remote-working flexibility with an established client base across London, the M25 corridor, the East of England and the South East. You will shape dispute strategies and contract advice to support clients on complex construction projects.

• Advise on industry standard form contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC, GC/Works, RIBA, FIDIC; bespoke forms as needed)
• Handle construction disputes through adjudication, litigation, arbitration and ADR
• Provide dispute avoidance and management guidance for construction projects
• Work with clients on major and complex transactions in the construction space

• 6-8+ years PQE
• experience with disputes and industry standard form contracts (JCT, NEC)
• experience in adjudication, litigation and/or arbitration
• knowledge of ADR methods
