In this role you will drive Oracle Finance Transformation projects for clients, delivering cloud-based finance solutions and helping organisations realise the value of their Oracle investments. You will work across advisory, implementation, and operation to improve efficiency and decision-making while contributing to innovative finance solutions. Responsibilities
  • Support Oracle Financial Cloud implementations to deliver value
  • Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables leveraging Deloitte resources
  • Collaborate with Oracle technology providers and leverage alliances in the Oracle ecosystem
  • Utilise advanced analytics and reporting tools to provide deeper financial insights
  • Co-create and implement tailored finance solutions with clients
  • Work in an inclusive, diverse team and be recognised for contributions
  • Pursue on-the-job coaching and a range of training options to drive development
Key requirements
  • Strong practical experience in Oracle ERP implementation or finance transformation programmes
  • Proven track record in at least one Oracle finance workstream (GL, Intercompany, Receivables, Collections, Accounting Hub)
  • Experience working as part of a team and client-facing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of SDLC phases and ability to identify and manage issues/risks in Oracle ERP implementations
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, MS Project, MS Office)
  • Understanding of delivery methodologies (Activate, Waterfall, Agile)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Strong teamwork and travel flexibility
  • UK Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain
  • Desirable: consulting experience; Oracle Certification
