Senior Consultant-Oracle HCM Fusion-UK

As a Senior Consultant, you will implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management for UK public sector clients. You will guide projects through the SDLC, translate complex solutions for diverse audiences, and lead client engagements on integrations, data migrations and reporting. Your work will ensure effective performance processes, from templates and evaluations to approvals and calibration touchpoints. You will collaborate across HR, security and analytics teams to enable reliable delivery and continuous improvement.

• Configure Oracle Fusion Performance Management processes (templates, periods, sections, rating models, eligibility, approvals)
• Support goal management, performance documents, check-ins, manager evaluations, self-evaluations and calibration touchpoints
• Gather requirements and translate policies into Fusion design options
• Support security, notifications, workflows, questionnaire integration and reporting for performance processes
• Design and execute test scenarios for annual, mid-year, probation reviews and related workflows
• Coordinate with Talent, Core HR, Security and Reporting to resolve configuration and data issues
• Prepare user guidance, administrator handover documents and support artefacts for HR operations
• Support release regression, change requests, production incidents and continuous improvement
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage risks around absence/payroll dependencies

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Performance Management configuration experience
• Strong understanding of templates, rating models, eligibility profiles, document periods and evaluation workflows
• Experience in requirements workshops, functional design, test prep, defect resolution and stakeholder demos
• Ability to work across Core HR, Goals, Talent Profile, Security and Reporting dependencies
