Overview

As a Senior Consultant in SAP Change & Training, you will drive change and learning initiatives within SAP transformation programmes. You will collaborate across SAP Delivery Services to shape strategies, guide delivery, and mentor colleagues, aligning with Deloitte’s transformation agenda. You’ll tackle complex challenges, prioritise stakeholder needs, and ensure sustainable user adoption of SAP solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to embed enablement into broader project plans and contribute to practice development. This is an opportunity to influence how clients adopt SAP changes at scale and evolve their capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Change Management and Training delivery within SAP transformation programmes
  • Support development and implementation of change and training strategies
  • Take responsibility for specific deliverables or sub-workstreams to foster user adoption
  • Support integrated project management by aligning enablement with broader programme plans
  • Apply SAP functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with team members and mentors, contributing to practice development
  • Engage stakeholders, communicate status, and build consensus to address resistance to change
Key requirements
  • Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
  • Learning and Development experience across needs analysis, design, and delivery of training
  • Strong project support and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working towards or holding foundational SAP-change related certifications
  • Exposure to SAP implementation or transformation programmes and SAP system landscapes
  • Awareness of SAP Activate delivery methodology and user adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Articulate 360, Synthesia)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
