Overview

In this Senior Consultant role within Deloitte’s ServiceNow practice, you lead the technical design and delivery of complex digital transformation programmes on the ServiceNow platform. You’ll translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions while collaborating with architects and client stakeholders. You mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable platform assets, supporting bids and project delivery. The position offers exposure to multiple clients and the chance to shape platform roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver complex ServiceNow programmes, translating business outcomes into coherent solution designs
  • Shape platform roadmaps and architectural decisions aligned with enterprise strategy and security standards
  • Configure and build scalable, upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions across workflows, CMDB, and integrations
  • Apply architecture governance and quality criteria across delivery teams
  • Evaluate options, trade-offs and risks to balance value, performance and maintainability
  • Provide hands-on guidance through design reviews and issue resolution
  • Mentor administrators and developers to promote reusable assets and consistent delivery
  • Support propositions, bids, and estimations with technical insights
Key requirements
  • Strong experience configuring and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform and multiple workflows
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, data modelling and integrations
  • Experience configuring CMDB and ITIL/ITSM principles
  • Ability to align with architecture roadmaps and governance
  • Strong consulting, communication and analytical skills
  • Experience mentoring developers and administrators in Agile or modern engineering environments
