Senior Consultant, Senior Developer (Private), ServiceNow, Technology & Transformation

• Support the technical design and delivery of complex ServiceNow programmes or major workstreams, translating business outcomes into coherent designs
• Shape platform roadmaps and governance with architects to align with enterprise strategy and standards
• Configure and build scalable, upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions across workflows, CMDB, integrations, and related modules
• Apply architecture governance, quality gates, and acceptance criteria across delivery teams
• Evaluate solution options and trade-offs balancing value, UX, performance, scalability, maintenance, cost and risk
• Provide hands-on design reviews, development support, and issue resolution
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and clearly explain technical options
• Coach and mentor administrators and developers to ensure consistent delivery and reuse assets
• Support client propositions, bids, and estimations with technical insight

• Strong experience configuring and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions in a technical stream lead or senior developer role
• Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple workflows and modules
• Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP, API and integration skills, data modelling
• Experience configuring CMDB and ITIL/ITSM principles
• Ability to align with architecture roadmaps and governance, delivering secure, scalable solutions
• Strong consulting, communication and analytical skills for non-technical audiences
• Experience coaching developers/administrators in Agile or modern engineering environments
