Senior Consultant_ Snowflake

In this role you will lead a modern Data & Integration Platform, driving reliability, governance, and automation across Snowflake, Confluent Kafka, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. You will manage cross-functional delivery, mentor engineers, and align platform initiatives with business objectives. You’ll shape strategy, oversee modernization, and ensure operational maturity while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. This position offers impact through platform scalability and governance within a global, Agile delivery context.

• Own end-to-end platform delivery, operations, governance, and service management
• Define and execute platform strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives
• Drive scalability, resilience, automation, and operational maturity
• Establish engineering best practices, governance, and operating procedures
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical production incidents
• Lead cross-functional planning and delivery across technology tracks
• Drive Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer commitments
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive compliance, security, and cost optimization
• Implement monitoring, observability, and service management processes
• Mentor Snowflake, Kafka, Cloud, DevOps, and Platform engineers; provide architectural oversight
• Contribute to solution designs, operational processes, and technical implementation approaches
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Platform engineering team
• Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

• 7+ years leading Data Platform, Cloud, Integration, or Platform Engineering teams
• Experience managing large enterprise production environments
• Experience in global Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder and client engagement experience
• Strong expertise in Snowflake Administration and/or Confluent Kafka Platform
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP
• Good understanding of SCM tools like Github and CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization, cloud-native platforms
• Strong understanding of Data Mesh, Data Governance, Security, and Compliance
• Experience in monitoring, observability, and platform operations
• Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with SNOW workflows
• Exposure to and Manta
