Senior Consultant, Workday Adaptive Planning, Technology & Transformation

As a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you help clients transform finance and planning through Workday and other EPM solutions. You work across advisory and delivery to shape architectures and end-to-end processes, supported by a global Workday practice. You’ll tackle transformation strategies, design solutions, and address integration challenges while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative culture. • Engage in advisory and delivery projects across transformation strategies and Workday delivery lifecycles
• Develop overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes supported by Workday technology
• Identify client process and technology/integration issues and propose solutions
• Support an inclusive culture within the team and client engagements

• Experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting in management consulting or relevant industry experience
• Experience implementing EPM solutions (Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream or similar)
• Translate business requirements into system and process designs covering functional and non-functional aspects
• Ideally certified on Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream or other EPM solutions
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in an inclusive team and support development of others
