Senior Controller, Finance & Controls

Rodan Energy is seeking a senior Finance leader to serve as Controller, owning accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls across all entities. You will manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including close, consolidations, and audit coordination, while driving automation and process improvements.

You will partner with the Director, Finance and FP&A to ensure timely, accurate management reporting and strong governance. This hybrid role is based at the Mississauga HQ.
