Senior Controller Financial Reporting

Lead financial reporting and internal controls as a Senior Controller in Regina, Saskatchewan, supporting diverse sales and service operations.

This experienced leadership role owns the Controller function and leads the finance team. You will oversee accounting operations, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. The position supports financial performance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance team workflows, priorities, accountability, and daily accounting activities
• Oversee month-end, year-end close, consolidations, and financial statements
• Reconcile receivables, inventory, payables, payouts, banks, and cashflow
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, results, trends, controls, and financial risks
• Maintain accounting policies, controls, systems, and consolidation schedules

Requirements:

• CPA designation required for this Senior Controller role
• Degree or diploma in Financial Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• Seven to ten years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Controller experience with reporting, forecasting, treasury, and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software, Excel, Word, and email
