Senior Corporate Controller — SOX, GAAP & Intercompany

Live Nation Entertainment Inc is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the corporate accounting function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. The role oversees monthly/quarterly close, audits, and a team of professionals, driving process improvements and internal controls across cross-border LN groups.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP/SOX knowledge, and expertise with multi-entity and intercompany accounting.
