Senior Corporate Lending Operations Manager

As Senior Manager, Corporate Lending Services, you will oversee lending operations for corporate borrowers across Canada, US, Latam, and Europe. The position manages medium to complex loans, credit facilities, and letters of credit across bilateral and syndicated structures. You will support administrative agent, participant lender, and direct lender activities while maintaining accurate portfolio records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead timely execution of corporate borrower requests
• Oversee deal, facility, loan, and credit event administration
• Maintain data accuracy, reconciliations, and portfolio records
• Monitor productivity, staffing plans, and operational controls
• Coach teams and advance process improvements

Requirements:

• Finance or business-related university degree preferred
• Knowledge of corporate loan products and credit lifecycle
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Access
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated problem solver
