Franklin Templeton is seeking an accomplished lawyer in London to join our Complex Securities Legal team. You will advise on derivatives, repos, MSFTA products, and related documentation, while supporting trading, portfolio management, risk, and compliance functions.

With 10+ years post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm and/or asset manager, you will navigate UK/EU regulatory frameworks and lead negotiations with dealers.
