Senior CRA & Fair Lending Lead

First Western Trust is seeking a Senior CRA & Fair Lending Analyst in Denver, CO to support CRA requirements, assist with fair lending reviews, and conduct periodic audits. You will analyze HMDA/CRA data, prepare reports for committees, and collaborate with staff to mitigate compliance risk.
