Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Apply credit risk expertise at Tandia Financial in a hybrid Senior Risk Analyst position supporting retail, small business, and commercial lending.

Reporting to the VP, Risk & Compliance, this senior position supports Tandia’s credit and enterprise risk management programs. You will challenge first-line practices, assess lending quality, and help maintain effective risk frameworks. The work covers portfolio performance, regulatory requirements, and risk appetites across multiple lending areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee credit risk across retail, small business, and commercial lending
• Review credit governance, portfolio performance, and authorization limits
• Develop guidelines for credit assessment of loans and mortgages
• Monitor lending trends, loan quality, and loan loss provisions
• Provide second-line challenge through the enterprise risk management program

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Three to five years of credit risk management experience
• Three to five years of risk management experience
• Analytical skills in balance sheets, cash flow, and business plans
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and regulatory requirements
