Senior Credit Union Member Services Representative

Use advanced member service and cash-handling expertise as a Member Service Representative III at Sunrise. Support complex banking needs under general supervision.

This senior-level position serves members through clearly defined policies and procedures. You will open memberships, promote deposit and investment products, process transactions, and coordinate with loans and accounting. The role also supports branch administration and may guide junior representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new memberships, including estate accounts
• Process wires, stop payments, holds, and cheque certifications
• Promote registered products and broker deposits
• Reconcile cash holdings and designated internal accounts
• Provide technical guidance to junior representatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Three years of cash experience or equivalent combination
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Proven credit union or financial institution experience preferred
• Ability to follow defined banking policies and procedures
