Overview
As Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will shape and enhance a CRM platform that underpins stakeholder management across a complex organisation. You will work within a collaborative IT function to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and continuous improvement through modern engineering practices. Your work helps teams capture and use stakeholder data to make informed decisions. This role offers impact on platform design, integration and deployment at scale, within SSE’s energy transition mission.

- Design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support stakeholder management with scalability and user focus
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for CRM and Power Platform components to enable safe, repeatable deployments
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into practical, user-centered solutions
- Maintain and support the CRM platform, manage releases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance and reliability in partnership with the Automation team
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems to ensure secure, accurate data flows
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience including customization, configuration and Power Platform extensions
- Proven CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps or GitHub) with source control, automated builds and release management
- Experience with integrations and data management, including APIs and data quality
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders
