Overview

In this role, you will drive data-driven CRM initiatives to power personalized outbound communications across email, push, and in-product messaging. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture data requirements, support platform transitions, and ensure data quality for audience, content, and measurement. Your work will help optimize marketing campaigns and measure impact in a fast-paced, global environment. A key hook is shaping how data enables seamless traveler experiences at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in discovery sessions to define data needs for solution implementations
  • Document data requirements for campaigns, programs, or communications with marketing managers
  • Collaborate on transitioning to a new platform, ensuring data elements for audience, content, and measurement are captured
  • Assist engineers and marketers in creating new content and audiences on the platform during transition
  • Perform QA of assets from build through launch and monitor period
  • Consult with data and performance teams to define data requirements for CRM and revenue metrics
  • Work with data scientists to gather data elements needed to connect models to platform components
Key requirements
  • 4+ years of CRM technology experience, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Intelligence Reports, Einstein)
  • Strong SQL, HTML, CSS and Marketing Cloud scripting languages (AMPscript, GTL, SSJS)
  • Solid understanding of relational data concepts, data types, variables, and data transformation
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to marketing stakeholders and bridge gaps between engineers and marketers
  • Experience solving customer/business problems and driving initiatives through execution
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments with changing requirements and multiple projects
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira
  • Knowledge of data security (PCI, PII) and privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR)
  • Experience with cloud and big data technologies
  • Self-starter with a track record of building partnerships with stakeholders across roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts
