Senior Customer Analytics Analyst

Use expert SQL and customer analytics to guide business decisions at Jobber. This 12-month contract is open in four Canadian hub cities.

As Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics, you will own analytical workstreams within cross-functional initiatives. You will clarify objectives, investigate complex questions, and translate analysis into recommendations. Your work supports strategic and operational decision-making across Jobber through exploratory analysis, measurement, experimentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to scope analytical questions and approaches
• Perform exploratory analysis and deep dives into business performance
• Apply segmentation, cohort, scenario, and impact analysis techniques
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools
• Communicate findings through actionable narratives and recommendations

Requirements:

• Expert-level SQL skills with complex relational data
• Strong quantitative skills supporting business decisions
• Proficiency with Tableau or comparable data visualization tools
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Comfort validating AI-assisted analytical workflows responsibly
