Overview

In this role you will serve as the technical expert within Amplitude's EMEA Customer Success team, tackling complex implementations and driving adoption through renewals. You will build mastery of Amplitude products to advise on taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance, positioning Amplitude as a strategic data partner for customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex concepts for stakeholders across levels. You will collect and share customer insights to refine processes, documentation, and services, and you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and CSM to streamline data management experiences. Responsibilities
  • Develop mastery of Amplitude products to provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
  • Guide customers on integrating Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
  • Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights to optimize processes, documentation, and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success Managers to streamline internal processes and improve data management experience
Key requirements
  • 5-8 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in programming languages and concepts underpinning web and mobile development (SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, RESTful APIs)
  • Execution and customer service oriented with ability to prioritize and deliver in line with customer requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-growing company
  • Prior SaaS experience in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, or related data domains
