Senior CX Excellence Partner, Implementation Services

UKG is seeking a Sr. Manager, BEP for Implementation Services to translate CX Excellence initiatives into measurable business outcomes. You will partner across leadership to prioritize work, frame trade-offs, and drive scalable, enterprise-wide improvements without owning delivery teams.

You will influence senior executives, lead benefits realization, and ensure clear outcome commitments. Travel up to 25% may be required as part of the role.
