Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Lead cybersecurity operations at CSA Group, protecting systems and information assets while guiding security analysts and managed service providers.

As Senior IT Manager, Cybersecurity, you will guide enterprise security strategy, incident response, and risk management. The role covers security operations, vulnerability analysis, security architecture, and cybersecurity awareness. You will also collaborate with business leaders, IT peers, and development teams to protect CSA Group’s on-premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Security Analysts and Managed Security Services Provider activities
• Oversee security event triage and incident escalation processes
• Develop security policies, procedures, tests, and remediation plans
• Lead incident response playbooks and recovery planning
• Define security metrics, indicators, and service agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Seven to ten years of IT security experience
• At least five years leading security operations teams
• Required CISSP certification and preferred related certifications
• Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, and CIS frameworks
