Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager

Lead complex cybersecurity projects at iA Financial Group in Quebec or Montreal, applying governance and technology risk expertise. Hybrid work is supported.

As a Senior Project Manager, Security, you will deliver strategic, high-visibility initiatives from planning through transition. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Your work will support cyber resilience and transparent, value-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver complex strategic cybersecurity projects end to end
• Establish governance structures and integrated delivery plans
• Coordinate teams, stakeholders, vendors, and decision-making discussions
• Manage variances, mitigation strategies, issues, and roadblocks
• Present project health, risks, costs, and value to leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum eight years managing complex technology projects
• Experience leading high-visibility projects involving multiple teams and vendors
• Understanding of technology risks and cybersecurity practices
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
• Advanced French and English proficiency required
