Overview

In this Senior Data Analyst role, you will lead analytics across consumer product areas (Search, Selling, CRM, Marketing) to enable data-informed decisions. You’ll shape metrics, governance, and tracking, collaborating closely with engineers, designers and product leads. You’ll own the experimentation program and support early ideation with Design and User Research. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and help embed Growth and Product Analytics across the company. This is a people-led, collaborative analytics leadership role with a strong impact on product improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Establish product-area metrics with governance and consistent definitions.
  • Lead the design of data products and collaborate with engineers on implementation.
  • Define and improve tracking to reliably measure user behavior and product performance.
  • Own experimentation outputs and partner with Design and User Research during ideation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decisions using data-informed recommendations.
  • Be accountable for the analytics team's success and promote analytics usage.
  • Plan analytical components of projects and communicate with Analytics leadership and adjacent teams.
  • Embed Growth and Product Analytics principles through training, workshops and scalable frameworks.
Key requirements
  • Experience in consumer-facing product teams and understanding lifecycle-specific analytical approaches.
  • Experience overseeing experimentation programmes.
  • Knowledge of statistical inference methods (Bayesian, Frequentist) and predictive analytics is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools for tracking user behavior (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to articulate complex analytical solutions to stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Experience planning and delivering analytical projects in cross-functional environments.
  • Mentoring and leading other analysts toward common goals.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python with knowledge of ETL and basic data engineering concepts.
