Senior Data Analyst

In this role you will collaborate with Data, Tech and Business teams to turn requirements into scalable data models and analytic solutions. You will build robust data transformations in dbt within a BigQuery-based environment, delivering self-service insights and dashboards that support data-driven decision making. You will promote best practices in data development and mentor colleagues, helping shape a scalable data platform aligned with our long-term design. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data models and a semantic layer
• Build, maintain, and optimize dbt models and data transformations to ensure quality, consistency and reusability
• Deliver analytical insights, dashboards, reports and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions
• Ingest and model data from multiple sources following layered architecture principles
• Promote Git-based version control, CI/CD practices, and documentation across the data team
• Identify data quality issues and risks, and surface opportunities to improve data-driven priorities
• Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and support adoption
• Contribute to team culture through knowledge sharing, peer reviews and mentoring

• Advanced SQL with complex joins, CTEs and window functions
• dbt data modelling, medallion architecture, testing and documentation
• Hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery
• Git version control and collaborative development
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured, scalable data models
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and clear communication
