Senior Data Analyst

In this role you will transform data into actionable insights to support portfolio analysis and decision-making. You will work with large historical datasets, partner with stakeholders, and present trends to drive business outcomes. You will design predictive models, improve data quality, and help advance data science capabilities, including AI integration. • Analyze large historical datasets to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand portfolios and inform decisions
• Present findings at regular meetings with clear storytelling
• Design predictive models to inform forecasting and strategy
• Drive continuous data quality improvements across datasets
• Enhance data science capabilities and support AI integration
• Contribute to data integration efforts and dashboarding initiatives

• Degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science (preferred)
• Experience with SQL and Python (essential)
• Advanced Power BI: dashboards, data transformation, DAX
• Advanced Excel (Lookups, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, visuals)
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience handling unstructured data (1M+ rows)
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365
• Snowflake experience and data integration with Power BI
• Strong data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder communication skills
• Understanding of data regulations (PII, GDPR, Data Retention)
• Experience interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in insurance or financial services (preferred)
