Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead reporting, analysis and business intelligence to support Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions strategies. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, shaping decisions across the programme portfolio. You will design dashboards and analytical models to monitor pipelines and market trends, improving data-driven decision making. This role partners with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting, governance and consistent standards. • Lead analysis and interpretation of multi-source datasets to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions across Marketing, Communications, Recruitment and Admissions (MCRA)
• Design, develop and improve reports, dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, marketing performance and market trends through analytical models
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Champion data quality, governance, definitions and reporting standards to enable trusted data usage
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and influence decisions
• Investigate complex business questions independently and develop robust recommendations
• Support data protection compliance and data management practices

• Analysing complex, multi-source datasets and translating findings for non-technical audiences
• Designing and enhancing reports, dashboards and visualisations
• SQL, Python, R or equivalent for data extraction and analysis
• Independent work style with ability to investigate and recommend
