As a Senior Data Analyst in Insurance Pricing, you will help shape pricing strategy by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll develop advanced, segmented pricing and work with cross-functional teams to bring new data sources to life. Your work will influence risk assessment and pricing fairness, with a clear emphasis on data-driven decision making. This is an opportunity to impact business outcomes at scale while mentoring graduate and junior analysts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve sophisticated, segmented pricing across insurance products
  • Explore and leverage a broad data landscape to drive business impact
  • Draw insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other areas of Pricing Data & Analytics to bring new data sources to life
  • Explain numerical and statistical results with clarity and detail
  • Mentor and develop Graduate & Junior Analysts
  • Work in a fast-moving, data-focused environment
  • Deliver end-to-end analytics projects from conception to delivery
Key requirements
  • Experience using Python, SQL or R
  • Delivered analytics projects from start to finish in a fast-moving data environment
  • Curious with numerical and statistical problems
